High Country Wallets

Michael Merritt is a craftsman whose large-scale intricate wooden wall art was popular at art fairs, but unfortunately not everyone could afford to own one due to the time and effort that went into each piece. What if there was something smaller and more affordable, he thought, and after losing his wallet back country skiing one day, he had the epiphany to turn his talents to creating minimalistic wallets featuring inlayed wooden designs over a metal case with RFID blocking technology to protect credit card data. The streamlined wallets fit perfectly into a front pocket, and the function is simple — cards and ID are securely sandwiched between the two sections and a clip on the back holds paper money. Merrit makes each High Country Wallet by hand in his Idaho workshop and offers themes ranging from city skylines and national parks to outdoors activities like skiing, fishing, mountain biking, and even designs that are sure to be favorites of cannabis connoisseurs.
